Dr. Natalino Caruana De Brincat is a dynamic professional, aged forty-seven, has successfully completed the Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) degree at the University of Malta. He also holds a LL.B. degree together with a Diploma Notary Public awarded by the same University of Malta, whilst is in possession of Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s degree in Employment Law (LL.M) from the University of Leicester.

He was also appointed as a Judicial Assistant to a judge presiding the General Jurisdiction Section of the Civil Court.

Natalino was appointed deputy chairperson of the Employment and Training Corporation (ETC). He is a founding member of the Junior Chamber of Advocates and is currently the chairperson of the Veterinary Surgeons Council.
