24/7 – Emergency Service

A national veterinary emergency helpline is available as the first point of contact for pet owners who require urgent veterinary assistance.  By calling the freephone 153 and selecting Extension 22, callers will be connected to the service operated by Servizz.gov.

Trained personnel will assess the situation, provide initial guidance where appropriate, and refer owners to the most suitable veterinary assistance based on the nature and urgency of the case. The service is intended to help ensure that animals receive timely and appropriate emergency care.
