No Person Shall Practice as a Veterinary Surgeon Unless-
1. He holds a Warrant to Practice from the President of Malta or has notified the Veterinary Surgeons’ Council of the intent to provide Veterinary Services in Malta on the basis of a valid Warrant to practice in another EU Member State;
and
2. His name is Registered in the Veterinary Surgeons’ Register.
